Supply Desk is collaborating with a special needs educational institution that emphasizes a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for children, enabling them to thrive despite any challenges they may encounter.

The institution seeks dedicated support staff who possess experience or qualifications in assisting students with profound and multiple learning difficulties.


Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and execution of Individual Education and Behaviour Plans.
- Conduct Risk Assessments and support Personal Care and Therapy Care programs for assigned groups.
- Engage with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) and demonstrate a desire to work with children with SEND.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in special education or a strong interest in supporting children with learning difficulties.
- Solid understanding of SEN and a commitment to professional growth.
- Ability to positively manage challenging behaviours.
- Availability to work fixed days, either full or part time.
- Possession of a clear and valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- Relevant training to assist students with learning difficulties.
