About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Companion. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Support our clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
- Develop strong relationships with our clients, their families, and our office team.
- A caring and compassionate personality, with a strong desire to support others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A full driving license and access to a reliable vehicle, with business class one insurance.
- Ability to work alternate weekend hours, with flexibility to meet the needs of our clients.
