  • Provide personal and professional property maintenance advice to customers
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
  • Maintain key register and contractor database
  • Build relationships with lettings offices and coordinate end-of-tenancy and pre-tenancy work

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the lettings process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

You will need to be highly organized, have a "can-do" attitude, and be able to build great relationships with landlords and tenants.
