Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage property maintenance issues, ensuring that all necessary repairs and maintenance are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of property transactions, including rent payments and maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with our network of lettings offices to ensure seamless communication and coordination of end-of-tenancy and pre-tenancy work.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers, ensuring that we receive the best possible service at all times.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of the lettings process, although full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure and at pace, with a flexible approach to meeting deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of IT skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

What We Offer

  • Basic Salary: £23,750
  • Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, with the option of working one day per week from home once probation is complete.
