About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, managing the maintenance of the property, and coordinating various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, including coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Coordinate various tasks, such as health and safety checks, to ensure the safety and security of the development.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that the development is running smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with a range of customers, including residents, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Proven experience of managing maintenance and administration tasks, with a focus on providing a high level of service to customers.
  • Ability to work independently, using your own initiative to manage tasks and prioritize your workload.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
