About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the development, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, including coordinating contractors and completing health and safety checks
  • Provide a first-class service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Coordinate events and activities to enhance the resident experience and promote a sense of community
  • Administer the maintenance of the site, using Microsoft Office applications and other tools as required
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for providing a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for residents
  • Outgoing and friendly personality, with the ability to work independently and use own initiative
  • Accomplished administrator, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications and other relevant tools
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, or health and social care sectors
