Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, including coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Coordinate various tasks, including health and safety checks, to ensure the smooth operation of the development.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that the development is running smoothly.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that the development is a happy and fulfilling place to live.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to residents.
  • Experience of managing maintenance and administration tasks, including coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, contractors, and suppliers.
