We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to become a vital part of our Property Investment team, dedicated to enhancing our customer-focused approach in managing and maintaining our property portfolio. In this role, you will oversee the execution of high-quality reactive and planned maintenance and enhancement initiatives for our clients. This includes diagnosing issues, proposing suitable solutions, collaborating with clients, and supervising contractors to elevate the condition of our property assets. Conducting general stock condition assessments will also be part of your responsibilities.

Your background in the construction sector will be invaluable as you take pride in managing diverse projects from inception to completion, ensuring we achieve quality results, cost-effectiveness, and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Building Surveyor who thrives in a fast-paced setting. Key Qualifications for Success:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing maintenance and improvement projects
  • Proven history in the construction or building surveying sector
  • Able to foster strong relationships with clients and contractors

  • Comfortable using internal IT and data management systems (training will be provided)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, embodying the principle of 'One Team'
  • Experience with Housing Associations is a plus
