Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Commercial Officer to join our team at ANY-Web Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our commercial strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiation and Contract Management: You will be responsible for negotiating commercial terms and conditions with new and existing customers, ensuring that our contracts are fair, transparent, and beneficial to both parties.
  • Commercial Risk Management: You will identify and mitigate commercial risks associated with our projects, ensuring that our organization is protected from potential losses.
  • Bid and Tender Management: You will support the development of bids and tenders, ensuring that our proposals are well-written, concise, and meet the requirements of our customers.
  • Contract Review and Analysis: You will review and analyze commercial contracts, identifying areas of risk, liability, and opportunities for profit maximization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: You will work closely with senior stakeholders across our organization, including Programme Managers, Bids, and Sales teams, to ensure that our commercial strategy is aligned with our overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Contract Management Experience: You will have a proven track record of managing commercial contracts through the full development cycle, from negotiation to delivery.
  • Commercial Risk Management Experience: You will have experience in managing commercial risk, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Gravitas and Stakeholder Engagement Skills: You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: You will have a strong understanding of the engineering services industry, with experience in managing commercial contracts in this sector.
  • Contract Development Processes: You will have knowledge of contract development processes, including negotiation, drafting, and execution.
