Adult Social Care Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Adult Social Care Administrator to join our team at NHS Highland. As a key member of our Adult Social Work and Social Care Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including report writing and minute taking.
  • Utilize expert knowledge of Microsoft Office to maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Work independently with a high level of autonomy to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administration setting, preferably in a social care or healthcare environment.
  • Excellent report writing and minute taking skills.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy.
