The Complex Care Team provides vital support to children and their families across NHS Highland, enabling them to access education and receive high-quality care in the comfort of their own homes. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in accompanying children and families during school, hospital appointments, outings, and respite care.

As a Care Coordinator, you will work closely with the Senior and other team members to provide comprehensive support to children and families. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accompanying children and families during school, hospital appointments, outings, and respite care
  • Supporting training and familiarization of the competency framework
  • Assisting in implementing guidelines and protocols
  • Working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and nights, to meet the needs of the children and families
  • Traveling to support the service, with access to your own car being essential

We are seeking an individual who is flexible, adaptable, and passionate about delivering high-quality care. If you are a newly qualified or experienced professional looking for a rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
