Adult Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Support Worker to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland in Kinmylies. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Social Support: Assist individuals in engaging with their communities by planning and attending outings to various leisure activities, such as day centres, cinema, swimming, and more.
- Practical Support: Help people maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks, including general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping.
