Position Overview: A remarkable opportunity has emerged for a Social Work Team Manager within our East Urban Inverness Social Work Team. This role is ideal for a qualified and seasoned Social Worker, preferably with substantial experience in adult social work practice, along with supervisory and leadership capabilities.

Team Dynamics: This team operates as one of four Social Work Teams in the region and collaborates closely with the Inverness East Rural Team. It is an integral part of the Integrated Team, working alongside various Health and Social Care Teams.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset and demonstrate a commitment to enhancing practice and development within a dynamic urban Social Work environment. Applicants should showcase extensive experience in social work practice, particularly in leadership roles focused on safeguarding vulnerable adults. A proven track record of professional growth and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize workloads in a high-pressure setting are essential.

Operational Management: This position is based in Inverness and is overseen operationally by the Integrated Team Manager for the area, with professional support from the Adult Social Work leadership.

Requirements: A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work-related purposes are mandatory for this role.
