The Recruitment Co is seeking a skilled Training Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. This role would be a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in a training environment to work for a globally recognised brand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and be able to provide organisational assistance to aid the smooth running of projects. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of training projects
  • Booking internal and external training courses for employees
  • Maintaining accurate records on the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Collecting, processing, and maintaining data and documents
  • Creating purchase orders for training invoices
  • Liaising with clients to provide advice and guidance on training courses

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a training environment
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
