Training Coordinator

The Recruitment Co is seeking a skilled Training Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. This role would be a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in a training environment to work for a globally recognised brand.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and be able to provide organisational assistance to aid the smooth running of projects. Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of training projects
- Booking internal and external training courses for employees
- Maintaining accurate records on the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Collecting, processing, and maintaining data and documents
- Creating purchase orders for training invoices
- Liaising with clients to provide advice and guidance on training courses
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a training environment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
