Job Opportunity with The Recruitment Co.
The Recruitment Co. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Training Administrator. This position is ideal for someone with previous experience in a training environment and a passion for administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth operation of training projects
- Coordinate the booking of internal and external training courses for all UK employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Collect, process, and maintain data and documents
- Prepare purchase orders for training invoices
- Communicate with clients and provide guidance on training courses
- Experience with SAP is preferred
Compensation and Work Schedule:
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate of £12.62-£13.62 per hour and will work a standard 39-hour week, Monday to Friday.
