About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team at Mammoet Academy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth running of projects
  • Book internal and external training courses for all UK employees
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Collect, process, and maintain data and documents
  • Create purchase orders for training invoices
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to potential clients
Requirements
  • Professional experience in departmental and administrative systems, and MS Office suite
  • Fluent English proficiency, both verbal and written
  • Experience in a training setting is highly desirable
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience
  • Intermediate vocational education in an administrative discipline
