Training Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our Mammoet Academy team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver administrative and organizational support to aid the smooth running of projects
* Book internal and external training courses for all UK employees
* Maintain and update information on our Learning Management System (LMS)
* Collect, maintain, and process data and documents
* Create purchase orders for training invoices
* Liaise with potential clients and offer advice and guidance on training courses
Requirements
* Professional level experience in departmental and administrative systems, and MS Office suite
* Fluent English proficiency, verbal and written
* Experience within a training setting would be advantageous
* Two years of relevant work experience
* Intermediate vocational education in an administrative discipline
