- Develop and implement HR policies, practices, and initiatives to support the firm's business goals and objectives.
- Provide operational support to the HR team and ensure that procedures, systems, and processes are aligned with the firm's business imperatives.
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the HR Management Team, including typing, preparation, and distribution of correspondence and documents.
- Manage the HR contact page on the intranet and ensure compliance with data protection legislation.
- HR Systems and Processes
- Be a proficient user of all HR systems, including Cascade, Bowland, Allhires, Credence, WorkRite, DocuSign, MySRA, Peakon, and Chrome River.
- Complete timely and accurate updates to the HR systems as requested.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work collaboratively with the HR Assistant and other team members to ensure deadlines and priorities are met.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to provide support and guidance on HR-related matters.
- Previous experience in a professional services Human Resources Team is desirable but not essential.
- Strong MS Office skills and proficiency in HR systems.
- A collaborative, discrete, but communicative and open approach.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard office hours when necessary.
