Line Up Aviation is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Building Compliance Officer to join our team on a permanent basis.

As a Building Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role within a vibrant team, ensuring adherence to statutory building compliance functions across a diverse array of commercial and residential projects.

Your involvement will span all phases of the construction lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on health and safety. You will establish the benchmarks that guarantee these projects are secure, compliant, and environmentally sustainable.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting all building compliance functions and services, including pre-application consultations, plan evaluations, and site inspections.
  • Making informed decisions regarding works, applications, notices, and other matters governed by relevant building legislation.
  • Promoting building compliance services and specialized offerings, including associated provisions.
  • Utilizing your expertise in building compliance inspection, general building surveying, design, project management, or similar specialized services.
  • Staying updated on current building compliance legislation, guidance, and pertinent issues, while demonstrating practical problem-solving skills.
  • Administering various forms and levels of building regulation applications.
  • Understanding and operating building compliance software systems effectively.
  • Executing all responsibilities in line with the building compliance quality management system and performance standards policy.
  • Exhibiting proficient IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
