Hybrid Systems Engineer

Role Overview:
As a Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of training systems. This position offers a blend of in-office and remote working options, allowing for flexibility in your work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that training programs are designed and executed in accordance with organizational standards.
- Assist in the development, facilitation, and delivery of training materials related to design tools, adhering to the established schedule.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design curricula tailored to specific requirements.
- Provide specialized support within the team as needed to enhance daily training operations.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring compliance with operational frameworks and engineering policies.
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential: Proven experience in a relevant design or academic setting.
Desirable: Familiarity with Dassault Systemes CATIA V5 or Siemens NX toolsets, and/or experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. Experience with various discipline toolsets is also beneficial. A qualification such as HNC/HND or equivalent experience is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with diverse stakeholders. The ability to collaborate effectively within a team is crucial.

In this position, you will contribute to the CAD training capabilities across the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass the creation, development, and delivery of training materials for CAD users, supporting designers and engineers engaged in various aircraft programs.
