Position Overview

Junior Training Coordinator

Nationwide Platforms stands as a leading entity in the domain of elevated work training, providing a variety of educational programs to clients, including recognized certifications such as IPAF, PASMA, IOSH, and various Health & Safety qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Training Coordinator, your primary duties will encompass:

  • Managing the training schedule and assisting in all operational aspects to ensure smooth training delivery across the UK.
  • Supporting the Training Customer Service Manager in all facets of service provision.
  • Facilitating the accurate processing of customer inquiries and applications within the training department.
  • Coordinating trainer schedules and ensuring effective planning for courses, including venue arrangements, catering, and necessary equipment.
  • Maintaining customer records, overseeing the CITB training directory, and uploading delegate achievements for funding purposes.
  • Promoting the core values and mission of Nationwide Platforms to uphold a leading market presence.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal health, safety, and corporate governance standards, while advocating for best practices in health and safety among all stakeholders.
  • Acting as a representative for quality health and safety, particularly concerning customer well-being.
