We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Business Support team as a Clinical Team Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administrative support to our Central Under 14's clinical team.
Main Responsibilities- Process incoming referrals and associated tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare and type correspondence, minutes, and reports with attention to detail
- Maintain and update patient information on our electronic record system (Lorenzo)
- Handle telephone queries and provide excellent customer service
- Cross-cover with other Business Support colleagues for sickness and annual leave
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Positive approach and ability to work under pressure
- Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
