About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Business Support team as a Clinical Team Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administrative support to our Central Under 14's clinical team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process incoming referrals and associated tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare and type correspondence, minutes, and reports with attention to detail
  • Maintain and update patient information on our electronic record system (Lorenzo)
  • Handle telephone queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Cross-cover with other Business Support colleagues for sickness and annual leave
Requirements
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Positive approach and ability to work under pressure
  • Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
