About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Administrator to join our team at Trespass. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end customer experiences, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service on each and every call, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • First point of contact for customer escalations and complaints, working closely with the Customer Experience Manager to resolve complex issues.
  • Order processing and administration, ensuring that all customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Confidence in handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and/or alternatives within time limits following Company policies and procedures.
  • Experience in recording of all customer interactions, meeting pre-set Quality targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience of MS Excel and content management systems.
  • Can-do attitude with a flexible approach to the role.
  • Multiple language skills will be treated as an advantage.
