Your Responsibilities

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Operations Team to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of our facilities. You will serve as the main point of contact for inquiries from team members and guarantee that commercial tasks are executed accurately and promptly. Utilizing our IT systems, including SAP Ariba, you will create, manage, and process orders and invoices. You will also oversee billing for customers, vessels, and agents using various systems.

Additionally, you will have the chance to assist the management team by organizing and facilitating meetings and visits with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for those operating within our facilities.

What You Bring

You will possess substantial experience in a busy administrative capacity, showcasing excellent IT skills and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including V Lookup and Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint. Experience in the logistics industry is preferred but not mandatory, as is familiarity with SAP systems.

As a collaborative team player, you will utilize your strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to ensure effective operations and resolutions.
