About the Role

We are seeking an experienced M&E Contracts Manager to lead a team of project managers delivering schemes for a number of key clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are secured and delivered on time and within the financial requirements and margins as specified by the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of project managers to deliver projects across a portfolio of contracts.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties.
  • Manage the delivery of projects within agreed budget requirements, with a focus on maximising profit through cost reductions and better buying of subcontractor services.
  • Develop and manage all bids, tenders, and proposals to secure new sales and grow the business.
  • Strategically plan and develop long-term opportunities by creating a pipeline of potential orders.
  • Support the sales process through solutions development, participation in presentations, and consultation meetings.
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors, particularly preferred suppliers.
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts and site teams/managers.
  • Take financial responsibility for the delivery of the annual projects plan.
