**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team at RTL Group Ltd. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a Hard and Soft Landscaping contract in London.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

* Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Maintaining accurate site diaries and ensuring all necessary documentation is up to date.

* Amending and working to RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) to ensure the project is delivered safely and efficiently.

* Quality Assurance to ensure the project meets the required standards.

* Managing the labour force and putting men to work effectively.

* Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.

* Managing and ordering materials, overseeing plant and operations.

**Requirements**

* CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) certification.

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.

* First aid certification.

* Proven experience in managing hard and soft landscaping schemes for specialist contractors.

* A minimum of 8 years' management experience.
