About the Role

We are seeking an experienced M&E Operations Manager to lead a team of project managers delivering schemes for a number of key clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are secured and delivered on time and within the financial requirements and margins as specified by the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of project managers to deliver projects across a portfolio of contracts.
  • Develop and manage all bids, tenders, and proposals to secure new sales and grow the business.
  • Strategically plan and develop long-term opportunities by creating a pipeline of potential orders.
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors, particularly preferred suppliers, to ensure effective delivery of projects.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Financially responsible for the delivery of the annual projects plan, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements

We are looking for a target-driven, commercially aware individual who can develop client opportunities and manage a team of project managers to deliver successful and profitable projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&E operations and project management, with experience in leading teams and delivering projects across a portfolio of contracts.
