Lead Engineer Opportunity in Denmark Hill

We are seeking a technically competent M&E Engineer to join our team as a Lead Engineer in Denmark Hill. As a key member of our client-side team, you will have the opportunity to work on the campus, leading a small team of engineers and taking responsibility for the maintenance and operations of the electrical and HVAC services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out PPMs to ensure compliance and adherence to statutory regulations
  • Providing leadership and day-to-day guidance to the Engineers and Maintenance team members
  • Supervising sub-contractors and working with the management team to ensure the quality and improvement of the maintenance services

Requirements:

  • A technically competent M&E Engineer with a time-served apprenticeship in electrical maintenance or mechanical maintenance
  • Experience of multi-skilled building services maintenance
  • Experience of leading a team of engineers or supervising staff
  • Legionella awareness and IOSH managing safely
  • Experience and working knowledge of building regulations and health and safety
