Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to all visitors and clients, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including word processing, updating records and information systems, photocopying, printing, scanning, shredding and filing.
- Switchboard Operations: Manage the front desk switchboard, handling incoming telephone calls and email enquiries, and transferring calls and relaying messages as necessary.
- Mail and Supply Management: Process incoming and outgoing mail, maintain appropriate systems, and arrange couriers and distribute or post letters and supplies for dispatch.
- Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure the reception area, including meeting rooms and kitchen areas, are kept clean and tidy, and oversee the work of the cleaners.
- System Updates: Update and maintain relevant Reception function systems, processes and procedures, including updating Matrix and various spreadsheets/systems while inputting data.
- Team Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, and assist other staff as and when required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year receptionist experience.
- Skills: Extremely professional and highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
