About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team at Marmion. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors, providing exceptional service and ensuring seamless property management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify and report on any issues or concerns, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Oversee the coordination of maintenance and repairs, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage daily administrative tasks, including invoicing, documentation, and data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and coordination, and to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in administrative software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Education and Qualifications: Relevant education and qualifications, such as a degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
