About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team at Marmion. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors, ensuring seamless property management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify and report on any issues or concerns, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with company policies.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage daily administrative tasks, including invoicing, inventory management, and data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Contractor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, ensuring they have the necessary policies and insurance in place.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Education and Certifications: Relevant education and certifications, such as a property management certification or a degree in a related field.
