About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team at Marmion. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors, providing exceptional service and ensuring seamless property management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections, documenting findings and reporting to landlords in a timely manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage daily administrative tasks, including invoicing, inventory management, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Contractor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, ensuring they have the necessary documentation and insurance.
  • Property Maintenance: Oversee property maintenance, including advising landlords on necessary repairs and ensuring work orders are completed efficiently.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using property management software and other administrative tools.
  • Driver's License: Full, clean UK driver's license, with access to a reliable vehicle.
