Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Administrator to join our team. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless property management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and carry out internal property inspections, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting.
  • Supervise the process of managing property maintenance, including advising landlords on necessary repairs and completing work orders.
  • Authorise and send invoices for payment, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, confirming compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee responsibilities, operating within approved budgets and company policies.

Requirements

  • Solid customer-facing employment experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full, clean UK Driver's licence, with access to own car for regular inspections.
