About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Marmion. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards and that our clients are satisfied with the service they receive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, tenants, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that properties are being maintained in accordance with our standards and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage the administrative tasks associated with property management, including invoicing, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Contractor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and qualifications to perform their duties.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and manage inventories to ensure that properties are ready for occupation and that all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Financial Management: Authorize and process invoices, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
