Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team at Marmion. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors, ensuring seamless property inspections, maintenance, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections, identify issues, and report findings to landlords in a timely manner.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Organize and manage property maintenance, including advising landlords on necessary repairs, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring work orders are completed efficiently.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage daily administrative systems, including invoicing, inventory management, and data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Contractor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, ensuring they have necessary documentation and insurance.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in administrative software and systems, with ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Driver's License: Full, clean UK driver's license, with access to own vehicle for property inspections.
