About Platform Operations
The Platform Operations sector comprises several teams dedicated to supporting our high-quality financial advisers in managing their accounts on the Fusion platform. Each team has distinct responsibilities but collaborates closely to ensure an exceptional adviser experience. The teams operate under strict deadlines and adhere to specific service level agreements.
As an Operations Associate, you will engage in various processes that require you to work swiftly, efficiently, and accurately to minimize errors.

Work Environment
Our roles are full-time, with a hybrid working model that requires in-office attendance for three days a week. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
