Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Officer to join our team at DO & CO. As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our luxury airline catering services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Conduct daily quality checks of goods delivered by our suppliers, verifying that they meet our high standards.
  • Chiller and Dry Store Management: Oversee the management of chillers and dry stores within the production and warehouse, ensuring that all products are stored and handled in accordance with our quality control procedures.
  • Auditing and Compliance: Perform regular audits across the different areas of the kitchen/operation, ensuring that all paperwork is up to date, temperature controls are performed regularly and recorded, and that all areas comply with cleanliness levels.
  • Team Support: Support the wider QA events international team in diverse locations across the world, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Incident Reporting: Submit daily reports to the Quality Assurance Supervisor about any incidents, issues, and solutions, as well as general information about the daily production development.
