Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Officer to join our team at DO & CO. As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our luxury airline catering operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily quality checks of goods delivered by our suppliers and verify their compliance with our quality standards.
  • Review and audit our production and warehouse facilities to ensure that they meet our quality and safety standards.
  • Supervise the implementation of our quality management system and ensure that all team members are trained and aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Support the QA events international team in diverse locations across the world.
  • Monitor and report on any quality or safety incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent their recurrence.

  • Role model ability, leading a team, ready to roll up your sleeves and do what is needed to provide the best service with a problem-solving mentality.
  • Passion for high-end cuisine, love for food and motivation to deliver exceptional service.
  • Well-presented, professional individual with a can-do, positive attitude that indulges in team success.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and data-driven with the ability to influence different departments to suggest, implement and track DO & CO standards.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, mentoring and motivating, creating a team spirit, encouraging them to be at their best.
  • Clear and engaging communicator, strong written and verbal English, and will use a variety of methods to keep the team well-informed.
  • Flexible in the way you think, making decisions efficiently and handling change to ensure everything we do is right for our partners and the DO & CO family.
  • HACCP & Food Hygiene Certification.
  • BSc Food Science or experience in a similar role.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office package with excellent working knowledge of reporting and managing data.
