Your Role

As an Optometrist, you will play a key part in creating an environment that combines clinical and operational excellence. You will work in partnership with an Optical Manager to develop new patient services, ensuring we offer our customers the most current and accessible services to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Screen patients and coach the wider team to maintain standards on the department.
  • Develop and implement new patient services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the Optical Manager to achieve clinical and operational excellence.
  • Contribute to the development of the department's culture and standards.

About You

We are seeking a fully qualified optometrist registered with the GOC, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. You will be able to use your skills and experience to develop new patient services and shape the culture of the department.
