Key Responsibilities- Support and deputise for the Home Manager, providing guidance and oversight to nursing and care colleagues.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care, ensuring the needs of residents are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement care plans, utilising your nursing skills and knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
