Key Responsibilities
  • Support and deputise for the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the care home
  • Provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care to our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents

Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a strong clinical background
  • Experience in care planning processes and clinical assessment tools
