We are seeking an experienced Patient Services Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our patient services.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of administration staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent patient services.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day delivery of patient services, ensuring that all aspects of the service are running efficiently and effectively.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clinical teams, patients, and other stakeholders to ensure that patient needs are met.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems that may impact patient services, working closely with the leadership team to implement solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve patient services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the patient experience.
- Experience: Proven experience in administration and team management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and support the administration team.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with SystmOne and other relevant IT systems.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work independently and make decisions within procedural guidelines.
- Flexibility: Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing service needs.
A strong candidate may be offered a permanent position after successfully completing a 3-month temporary period.
