Senior Project Manager for Planned Care Transformation

LLR Patient Care Locally Community Interest Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager for Planned Care to drive system-wide transformation across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of new care pathways, ensuring seamless integration with existing services.
Main Responsibilities- Project manage the transformation of end-to-end pathways, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with providers to drive savings and improve operational efficiency.
- Support workforce development and training initiatives.
- Drive out health inequalities through targeted projects and initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with the LLR Model of Care and the 10 System Expectations.
LLR Patient Care Locally Community Interest Company commissions and provides health and care services for over a million people in Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. We work collaboratively with local authorities and other stakeholders to improve health outcomes and patient experience.
Requirements- Clear communicator with excellent written and presentation skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgement, maintain discretion, and use initiative.
- Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience of managing budgets and business planning processes.
- Significant experience of operating in a politically sensitive environment.
- Good understanding of current and anticipated developments in the health sector.
- Master's level qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience of working in a healthcare environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project principles, techniques, and tools.
