Senior Project Manager for Planned Care Transformation

LLR Patient Care Locally Community Interest Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager for Planned Care to drive system-wide transformation across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of new care pathways, working closely with stakeholders to improve end-to-end patient experiences.
Main Responsibilities- Provide advanced project support for the transformation of Planned Care across the ICB.
- Project manage the transformation of end-to-end pathways.
- Work with providers to deliver savings and take out cost in provider organisations.
- Support relevant workforce development.
- Support the drive to improve efficiencies.
- Drive out health inequalities in all projects.
LLR Patient Care Locally Community Interest Company commissions and provides health and care services for over a million people in Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. We have a combined budget of c. £ billion and work collaboratively with local authorities and borough/district councils in Leicestershire.
Key Requirements- Clear communicator with excellent written and presentation skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgement, maintain discretion, and use initiative.
- Advanced IT skills including use of Microsoft Office.
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced and pressurised environment.
- Numerate and able to understand complex financial issues combined with deep analytical skills.
- Demonstrated capability to plan over short, medium, and long-term timeframes and adjust plans and resource requirements accordingly.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to carry out workflow planning and resourcing.
- Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of experience.
- Further training or significant experience to post-graduate diploma level.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Experience of providing business support to Senior leaders and managing relationships between senior professionals.
- Experience of setting up and implementing internal processes and procedures.
- Experience of monitoring budgets and business planning processes.
- Experience of managing a team.
- Demonstrated experience of co-ordinating activities in complex and challenging environments.
- Demonstrated experience in a Healthcare environment.
- Experience of creating and managing budgets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project principles, techniques, and tools.
- Fosters good working relationships and values diversity and difference.
- Adherence to the Data Protection Act 2018 / General Data Protection Regulation (GPDR).
- Upholds the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Equality Duty.
