Senior Project Manager for Planned Care Transformation

LLR Patient Care Locally Community Interest Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager for Planned Care to drive system-wide transformation across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of new care pathways, working closely with stakeholders to improve end-to-end patient experiences.
Main Responsibilities- Project manage the transformation of end-to-end pathways, ensuring seamless integration and effective clinical engagement.
- Work with providers to deliver cost savings and optimize operational efficiency.
- Support workforce development and training initiatives to enhance care delivery.
- Drive out health inequalities through targeted projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align strategic and operational activities, ensuring effective system change.

Requirements- Clear communicator with excellent written and presentation skills, capable of constructing and delivering clear ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to exercise good judgement, maintain discretion, and use initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience of providing business support to senior leaders, managing relationships between senior professionals, and setting up and implementing internal processes and procedures.
- Significant experience of successfully operating in a politically sensitive environment and understanding of current and anticipated developments affecting the health sector.
