The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader to spearhead our Professional Services Sales team for Experience Cloud Enterprise in the UKI and Middle East. Reporting to the EMEA Senior Director of Professional Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and delivering high-impact consulting services to our clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of experienced sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans to penetrate key accounts and generate new business opportunities.
- Engage with C-level and VP-level executives to build strong relationships and secure consulting agreements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, License Sales, and Product Development, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing sales processes and resource allocation.
Your Qualifications
- Proven track record of success leading regional Services/Consulting teams in complex matrix environments.
- Deep understanding of the EMEA/global markets and experience driving sales targets across regions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a strategic mindset.
- Experience in the software industry, particularly within the Experience Cloud domain, is highly desirable.
