Account Director - Delivery Excellence

Essential Qualifications:

The ideal candidate possesses a strong client-centric mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the document management industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Significant experience in document management or related fields, with a proven track record in service delivery and financial responsibility.
  • Demonstrated expertise in outsourcing bids and client relationship management.
  • Proven leadership abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety practices and certifications is highly desirable.
