Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Delivery Account Manager to join our team at Xerox. As a key member of our Service Delivery Management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our top-tier clients, driving business growth, and leading a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality service to our clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, increase revenue, and improve profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Relevant professional certifications, such as ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or PMI.
