Job Summary:

Xerox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Delivery Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Service Delivery Management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our top-tier clients, driving business growth, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple sectors, including large corporations and public sector bodies.
  • Service Delivery: Own the delivery of services across multiple capabilities, including Document Management and Technology, to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate high-performing teams, including matrix teams, to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the business, develop account and territory strategies, and work with sales colleagues to drive revenue growth.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, including SLA management, incident management, and risk mitigation, to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams and with clients to drive best practice and continuous improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, client policies, and regulatory requirements, including staff vetting, business ethics, and information security.

Requirements:

  • Strong Client Focus: Ability to operate at prime customer contact level, typically from senior manager/director level to operational level.
  • Operational Service Delivery Management Expertise: Demonstrable experience of designing and implementing significant productivity and transformational programs, as well as customer satisfaction improvements.
  • Strong Development Focus: Advocate of developing employees, teams, and the business, with a strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Matrix Management Experience: Experience in matrix management within an operational service delivery or shared services environment.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness and driven towards business development, with negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's Degree, minimum A-level and HND qualifications, and relevant professional certifications, such as ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, PMI, Chartered Management, Prince 2, and H&S knowhow or certifications.
