Job Title: Senior Delivery Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Account Manager to join our team at Xerox. As a key member of our service delivery management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our top-tier clients, driving business growth, and leading a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of service delivery professionals to ensure seamless execution of service delivery across multiple services and capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including senior stakeholders and management.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across Xerox internal teams, including procurement, billing, credit control, sales, and senior management.
  • Design and implement productivity and transformational programs to drive customer satisfaction improvements.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve business objectives, including people management, talent development, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, client policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong client focus and ability to operate at prime customer contact level.
  • Demonstrable experience in service delivery management, preferably within document management services.
  • Experience in designing and implementing significant productivity and transformational programs.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Experience in matrix management within an operational service delivery or shared services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial awareness and driven towards business development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Relevant professional certifications, such as ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or Prince 2.
